Introduction
It wasn't a services website. It was the gateway to a territory.
Vosvil was built to solve a need that rarely starts with a simple search. Someone looking for a villa may also need private transport. Someone booking a boat may want dining, a personalized experience, or help organizing an event. Someone arriving from abroad isn't looking for an endless list of suppliers: they're looking for trust, local context, and a coordinated answer.
The brand's value was in knowing how to connect those needs. Our job was turning that knowledge into a digital experience people could understand.
We didn't design a collection of standalone pages. We built a system where destinations, services, organizations, suppliers, and moments of use could relate to each other without losing clarity.
We didn't rank a service. We organized a territory.
The challenge
Competing in a market where every need opens a different category.
The Costa Blanca and Marina Alta concentrate an extensive supply of accommodations, boat charters, dining, transportation, events, and private services. Each branch competes against specialized agencies, tourism portals, marketplaces, intermediaries, and local businesses that have spent years building authority.
Vosvil had to enter that context as a new brand while, at the same time, explaining a proposition much broader than a traditional supplier's. The challenge stacked several layers:
- Organize very different categories without fragmenting the brand
- Connect each service to the destinations where it was genuinely relevant
- Serve both local queries and international visitors' needs
- Make discovery easy without requiring users to already know the exact service name
- Turn broad exploration into a direct conversation
- Build authority in competitive searches from a brand-new digital entity
- Get search engines and generative assistants to understand when Vosvil could resolve a complex request
Making the offering visible wasn't enough. The relationship between all its parts had to be understandable too.
The starting point
The real product was the ability to connect.
Vosvil didn't stand out only by having access to villas, boats, restaurants, drivers, or event planners. Its value showed up when it combined those resources around a specific need.
A getaway could turn into lodging, transfers, and a boat experience. A private event could require a venue, catering, transport, and coordination. A seemingly small request could open a path across different categories.
That logic already existed in the team's knowledge. We carried it over into the website's structure so it could also be understood by users, search engines, and generative systems.
The guiding idea
Turn local knowledge into a digital infrastructure.
The strategy didn't start from a keyword list or a tourism template. It started from a more useful question: how can we digitally represent the way Vosvil connects people, places, and services?
From there, we designed an architecture where every page served a function, every relationship added context, and every call to action appeared once the user already had enough information to move forward.
Design, content, SEO, GEO, and conversion were treated as parts of the same system.
Creative direction
Luxury understood as control, trust, and zero friction.
We avoided building an aesthetic based on ostentation. Vosvil needed to convey that someone knows the territory, understands the request, and can take care of the details.
The experience combines black backgrounds, charcoal tones, gold accents, cinematic photography, and editorial typography. Generous whitespace and a slow pace create calm; clear hierarchies and direct calls to action create control.
- Discretion: the design supports the service without competing with it.
- Precision: every block answers a specific intent.
- Trust: essential information appears before asking for contact.
- Personalization: the experience avoids feeling like a closed catalog or a generic marketplace.
The result is a premium presence that doesn't need to raise its voice to prove authority.

User experience
Starting from a need. Ending in a conversation.
The navigation was designed for users arriving with different levels of clarity. Some know they're looking for a boat. Others only know they want to organize a few days on the Costa Blanca without coordinating every supplier separately. That's why we built several entry points:
- Browsing by service
- Discovery by destination
- Packs grouping related needs
- Content that guides before the decision
- Direct access to contact and quotes
- WhatsApp for queries that need immediate context
Every path lets users move from a broad intent to a specific option without turning the experience into a directory.
On mobile, we prioritized reading, speed, and contact. Calls to action stay visible at the moments of highest intent, without interrupting exploration.

Web build
A foundation ready to expand services without losing coherence.
The project's breadth demanded a modular structure. New locations, suppliers, packs, and categories needed to be added without turning the site into a string of exceptions. We built a foundation focused on:
- 01
Reusing patterns without duplicating content
- 02
Keeping a consistent semantic hierarchy
- 03
Connecting services and destinations contextually
- 04
Allowing cross-category journeys
- 05
Prioritizing performance and mobile experience
- 06
Measuring clicks and contact points
- 07
Growing the ecosystem without rebuilding the core architecture
The technology wasn't meant to dictate how Vosvil works. It was meant to adapt to a living, changing offering.
Digital architecture
From a list of services to a system of relationships.
The visible part of the website organizes content so people can navigate it. The semantic part organizes knowledge so every element gains meaning within the whole. We worked around four main axes:
- Services: what Vosvil can resolve.
- Destinations: where it can resolve it.
- Needs: in what situation it's relevant.
- Contact points: how to turn intent into a conversation.
Around those axes we connected villas, rentals, boats, transport, dining, events, suppliers, organizations, and editorial content. A destination page isn't a geographic repeat of the same offering. A service page doesn't exist isolated from the territory. Every piece adds distinct context and leads to useful relationships.

Local SEO
Building relevance in an especially competitive territory.
Vosvil needed to show up in queries where competition didn't come from a single type of business. The same search could involve agencies, boat charter operators, rental portals, restaurants, transport companies, or established concierge services.
Our local strategy wasn't about repeating town names inside generic pages. We organized the information so every combination of location, service, and intent had a recognizable function. We worked on:
- Pages with distinct semantic goals
- Relationships between destinations and available services
- Content useful for high-intent queries
- Internal linking based on topical proximity
- Consistent brand and contact information
- Signals aligned with Google Business Profile
- Journeys connecting local discovery with direct contact
That way, location stopped being a modifier tacked onto content and became a real part of the proposition.

GEO and entity architecture
We don't write for a list of keywords. We structure an ecosystem able to generate answers.
From the start we modeled Vosvil as an entity based in Costa Blanca Norte and the Marina Alta that connects premium services, destinations, suppliers, and organizations to solve complex needs.
That definition needed to let a system understand not just what Vosvil was, but also where it operated, which categories it covered, how those categories related to each other, which profiles and situations it was relevant for, which services could be combined, how to start an inquiry, and what information was verifiable at every touchpoint.
We carried that logic into the experience through:
- Content that answers full conversational questions
- Pages with a distinct semantic intent
- Explicit relationships between brand, service, destination, and need
- FAQ blocks with direct answers
- Information chunks that are easy to interpret and cite
- Contextual navigation between related categories
- Structured data for organization, services, navigation, content, and FAQs
- Consistency across the website, local presence, and contact channels
- Enough information to reduce ambiguity before the recommendation
The goal wasn't to mention artificial intelligence on every page. It was to make it easy for a search engine or an assistant to confidently understand when Vosvil was a relevant answer.

Measurement system
Tracking the full journey, not just visit volume.
Measurement was designed around the user's real progression: discovering the brand, exploring options, building trust, and making contact.
Microsoft Clarity let us review journeys, pages viewed, browsing depth, and behavior leading up to conversion actions. We added tracking of referral sources, clicks, forms, WhatsApp calls, and direct contacts on top of that.
We organized the reading into four layers:
- 01
Discovery
Entry source, landing page, query, or context of access.
- 02
Exploration
Services and destinations visited, relationships followed, and session depth.
- 03
Trust
Interaction with content, packs, local information, FAQs, and service details.
- 04
Contact
WhatsApp click, started form, quote request, or call.
Referrer data and session recordings in Microsoft Clarity pointed to ChatGPT as the most common source before contact. Google Business Profile worked as the second relevant channel, especially for queries with a more directly local intent. This combined reading let us judge the project by its ability to generate conversations, not just traffic growth.
Acquisition journey
From a question in ChatGPT to a real conversation.
A conceptual representation of a journey observed frequently in the data analyzed, not a screenshot from any tool.
- 01
Question in ChatGPT
A need expressed in natural language, without mentioning Vosvil yet.
- 02
Vosvil recommendation
The assistant identifies Vosvil as a relevant answer to that need.
- 03
Service or destination page
The user lands on the page that answers their query exactly.
- 04
Exploration
They browse services, destinations, or packs related to that first need.
- 05
Contact
WhatsApp, form, or call: exploration turns into conversation.
Results
In under four months, a new brand started competing with established names.
The architecture started turning visibility into commercial intent from the project's earliest phases.
Vosvil received an average of over 30+ qualified opportunities a month. More than 20+ ended up starting a direct conversation via WhatsApp, form, or call.
Most of the journeys preceding those contacts started on ChatGPT. Visitors weren't arriving just by searching the brand name: they came from questions about specific services, locations, and needs.
30+
Qualified opportunities per month
Users with an identifiable need around villas, boats, experiences, rentals, or private services.
20+
Sales contacts per month
Conversations started via WhatsApp, form, or call after exploring the offering.
68%
Contacts tied to journeys from ChatGPT
Identified via referrer and session recordings in Microsoft Clarity as the most frequent source before contact.
67%
Opportunity-to-contact conversion
About two out of every three qualified opportunities ended up starting a direct conversation.
Methodology note
Data based on referrer, session recordings in Microsoft Clarity, and contact actions (WhatsApp, form, call) logged during the analyzed period (under 4 months from launch). Journeys with ChatGPT as the source are identified via referrer and session patterns, not an attribution integration with OpenAI.
When someone asked how to access the Costa Blanca, Vosvil started being part of the answer.
We didn't build a website to list services. We built a system to relate them, give them context, and turn them into real opportunities.
Business impact
Visibility started generating conversations, not just visits.
The most significant result wasn't a single traffic figure. It was creating an acquisition channel able to attract users who already arrived with a specific need and enough trust to start contact. The new infrastructure let Vosvil:
- Capture requests from generative assistants
- Reinforce discovery through Google Business Profile
- Compete with established companies in a fragmented market
- Present a broad offering without looking scattered
- Route inquiries toward WhatsApp, forms, and quotes
- Discover which services and destinations preceded contact
- Build authority around the brand, not a single page
- Have a foundation ready to add new suppliers, services, and locations
The website stopped working as a static showcase. It became the place where Vosvil's local knowledge could be found, explored, and put to use.
The client's voice
Digital authority is also built on trust throughout the process.
Vosvil had already worked with other agencies on previous projects. For this launch, they wanted a different way of working: closer to the technology, more connected to new forms of discovery, and more committed to results that would actually move the business.
“In under four months we've ranked among the top spots, competing with the most relevant brands and becoming a reference on Costa Blanca Norte.”

After having worked with several marketing agencies in the area on other projects, for this new one we decided to bet on something different... and we couldn't have gotten it more right. We trusted Eduardo García and his company Arribaia, who brought a fresh perspective, innovative ideas, and a setup fully adapted to new technologies, including AI-driven ranking. The result has simply been spectacular: in under 4 months we've ranked among the top spots, competing with the most relevant brands in the market and becoming a reference on the Costa Blanca Norte. On top of that, communication with Eduardo has been excellent from the very first moment. He's a serious, punctual person, very committed to results. Without a doubt, one of the best decisions we've made. 100% recommended!

Editorial closing
Authority didn't come from a single page. It came from making the whole ecosystem make sense.
Vosvil operates in a complex territory because users don't always look for a packaged product. They look for a solution made up of places, people, and services that need to work together.
Our job was carrying that connective capability into the digital environment. We organized the content, designed the journeys, and built an entity able to explain what Vosvil does, where it does it, and why it can be relevant in any given situation.
The result is an infrastructure ready to grow without losing meaning: recognizable to people, interpretable by search engines, and clear enough to be part of a generative answer.
We didn't digitize a catalog. We digitized a way of knowing the territory.
