Glukkies
A new brand, built to carve out a space from day one.
We built Glukkies's digital experience from scratch and turned an idea with a lot of attitude into a brand that's easy to discover, understand, remember, and recommend.

A digital experience as direct, urban, and tempting as the product itself.

Introduction
We didn't inherit a website. We inherited an idea.
Glukkies was born with a very specific vision: American-style cookies, completely gluten-free, with a personality more urban, bold, and contemporary than the traditional bakeries in its category.
We met with the team to understand what they wanted to build before designing a single pixel. They weren't looking for another clean, delicate, predictable pastry-shop website. They wanted a brand with street energy, texture, and a voice that could argue that gluten-free food doesn't have to be a knockoff of the real thing.
The project started with no prior architecture, no legacy content, and no technical decisions constraining the outcome. That lack of legacy gave us something rare: the chance to build it right from the start, with cutting-edge technology.
The challenge
Turning an unknown brand into a relevant answer.
Glukkies was entering a local market where other businesses had spent years building presence, reviews, mentions, and trust signals. The brand had no digital history yet, no branded searches, and no content network clearly explaining what it offered and to whom.
The challenge wasn't just launching an attractive website. We had to build an ecosystem capable of doing several things at once:
- Introduce a new product without looking generic
- Translate the brand's personality into a coherent digital experience
- Make it easy to discover flavors, formats, events, and orders
- Build local relevance in Dénia and the Marina Alta
- Help search engines and AI assistants identify the brand, its category, its location, and what sets it apart
- Turn high-intent visits into real conversations
The brand had to enter the market without the advantage of time, but with the advantage of a better-planned foundation.
The starting point
A very specific category can be a massive advantage.
"Gluten-free cookies" isn't a mass-market category. "Artisan gluten-free cookies in Dénia" is even more specific. That's exactly why every signal needed to be unambiguous.
When a brand clearly defines what it is, where it operates, what it sells, what sets it apart, and how it can be bought, it reduces ambiguity across the entire digital ecosystem. People understand the proposition faster. Google connects the business to local searches more easily. Generative systems have clearer information to work with when including it in an answer.
Our strategy turned Glukkies's specificity into its main ranking asset.
New has no authority. But it has no limits either.
The central idea
Design a brand people would crave. Structure an entity that could be recommended.
We didn't split design, content, SEO, and GEO into isolated phases. We treated every decision as part of the same system.
The visual direction had to provoke. The navigation had to simplify. The content had to sound like Glukkies. And the architecture had to make explicit the relationship between brand, product, location, order formats, and the audience's real needs.
Creative direction
Gluten-free, with none of the consolation-prize look.
We translated the brand's initial concept into a digital experience with bold headlines, editorial rhythm, large-format compositions, and a direct voice. The goal was to move away from the clinical or overly health-focused codes that usually surround gluten-free products.
The site doesn't present a sacrifice. It presents a craving.
Lines like "No gluten. No drama", "The only rule: finish the box", or "1 bite = addiction" build a recognizable identity and let us explain product attributes without losing character.
The interface pairs that energy with a clear structure, so the personality never competes with usability.

User experience
From first impression to order, without breaking the rhythm.
We designed the journey around real purchase decisions. Visitors can understand the offering, explore categories, compare flavors, discover event formats, and start an order without navigating a complex store.
The architecture organizes the range into five easy-to-recognize blocks:
- Classics
- Specials
- Packs
- Mini packs
- Event orders
We also added a lightweight configurator that lets shoppers pick category, flavor, and format before handing the order off to a direct channel. At this early stage of the business, that solution cuts operational friction without forcing the brand to take on the full complexity of a complete e-commerce setup from day one.
WhatsApp contact, the form, and the calls to action appear at the moments of highest intent, not as isolated elements tacked onto the bottom of the page.
Web build
A fast, flexible foundation built to grow.
We built the website from scratch with a modular, responsive, performance-focused structure. Every block can be reused, extended, or rearranged as the catalog, sales points, and business needs evolve.
- 01
Clear semantic hierarchies
- 02
Simple mobile navigation
- 03
Optimized images
- 04
Reduced load times
- 05
Reusable components
- 06
Measurable calls to action
- 07
A scalable structure
The technology wasn't meant to be visible. It was meant to make everything else work better.
Local SEO
Building local presence before the brand had any name recognition.
Glukkies couldn't yet rely on people searching for its name. So we built acquisition around needs that already existed: gluten-free cookies, artisan baking, event orders, and options for cafés or businesses in Dénia and the Marina Alta.
We built an architecture connecting product, service, and territory without artificially repeating keywords. The main pages answer distinct intents while reinforcing the same entity:
- What Glukkies is
- What products it offers
- Why they're different
- Where the brand operates
- How to place an order
- What options exist for events and businesses
We also reinforced local signals through metadata, internal linking, contextual content, consistent contact information, and a technical foundation aligned with the business's local presence.

GEO and entity architecture
We don't just write to rank pages. We organize information to generate answers.
From the start we modeled Glukkies as an understandable entity: a brand based in Dénia, specializing in artisan gluten-free cookies, with classic and special flavors, formats for individuals, events, and business collaborations.
That definition carried through the entire experience via:
- Content that answers real conversational questions
- Consistent relationships between brand, category, product, and location
- FAQ blocks with direct answers
- Structured data for organization, local business, products, navigation, and content
- Pages with a distinct semantic function
- Verifiable, consistent information across every touchpoint
- Fragments that are easy for generative systems to interpret and cite
The goal wasn't to sprinkle words like "AI" across the site. It was to reduce ambiguity until a search engine or an assistant could confidently understand when Glukkies was a relevant recommendation.

Measurement system
Measuring visibility, intent, and business in the same dashboard.
We set up a tracking system combining Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, and our own prompt-tracking panel to evaluate queries on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Measurement wasn't limited to traffic. We organized the indicators into four layers:
- 01
Discovery
Impressions, non-branded queries, and local coverage.
- 02
Understanding
Terms and answers where Glukkies appeared correctly associated with gluten-free cookies, Dénia, and artisan baking.
- 03
Recommendation
Frequency, position, and context of appearance within a stable sample of local prompts.
- 04
Action
Clicks to WhatsApp, started forms, and contacts coming from high-intent organic sessions.
Reading these together let us avoid a superficial conclusion based purely on visits, and instead see whether the visibility was generating real opportunities.
Results
From zero digital signals to competing with established businesses in under two months.
In 8 weeks, Glukkies went from not existing as a digital entity to appearing as one of the top recommendations for local queries about gluten-free cookies and baking.
The brand didn't need years to start building authority. A coherent architecture, quality content, and an extremely well-defined proposition let it accelerate its entry into the market.
74%
AI recommendation share
Glukkies appeared among the relevant recommendations in 74% of a sample of 84 high-intent local queries, evaluated with our own prompt-tracking panel across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
9 of 12
Priority queries in the Top 3
Nine of the twelve local searches we worked on reached prominent positions within the first eight weeks.
+312%
Organic impressions growth
Google Search Console impressions for queries that didn't include "Glukkies," comparing the first week after launch to the end of the 8 weeks.
18.4%
Contact conversion
Nearly one in five high-intent organic sessions ended in a click to WhatsApp or a started form.
Methodology note
Proprietary data collected with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, and our own prompt-tracking panel, on queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, during the 8 weeks after launch.
The newest brand in the competitive set started being AI's first pick.
We didn't build a website so Glukkies would be present. We built a system so it could be chosen.
Business impact
A digital foundation that carries the company through its first stage.
The result wasn't just a ranking improvement. Glukkies launched with an infrastructure able to support its real needs from day one:
- A digital brand consistent with the product
- A catalog that's easy to browse and update
- A direct channel for individual orders
- A distinct offering for events
- A pitch ready for B2B collaborations
- A technical foundation able to grow into online sales
- A content system built to expand local authority
The website stopped being a showcase and became the operational core of its digital presence.
The client's voice
The best validation was that the result felt exactly like theirs.
Throughout the project we worked in direct contact with Glukkies, sharing decisions, adjusting details, and translating an idea still under construction into a digital experience ready to go to market. The result didn't just need to work or look good: it had to accurately represent the brand the client had in mind.

Closing
Starting from scratch doesn't mean starting behind.
When strategy, content, design, development, and ranking are decided together, a new brand can skip years of fixes and digital debt.
With Glukkies we had the chance to build without gaps: an experience people recognize, a structure search engines understand, and an entity clear enough for generative recommendation systems.
That was the real work: not adapting a brand to the digital environment, but making it born ready for it.
